Hi, I’m Niall!

I’m a Regional Divisional Manager at Spencer Clarke Group, overseeing our education recruitment service for SEND schools and alternative provisions across Manchester. I work alongside SEND Teachers and SEND Teaching Assistants looking to take the next step in their career, whether this be working on daily cover or on a temporary and permanent basis. 

Since 2014, I‘ve been supporting schools across the North West region. After initially spending 6 years working in recruitment, I took an opportunity to train as a Teacher. While I did enjoy my time in the classroom, I missed the buzz of working in recruitment and I knew this was the career I wanted to return to.

Catering for SEND schools and alternative provisions is extremely rewarding. My time training as a Teacher has given me a thorough insight into what it takes to work in this type of setting and I’m honoured to build positive relationships with schools and education professionals alike. 

Since joining Spencer Clarke Group I’m proud to have won Employee of the Month multiple times and in 2024 I was named Employee of the Year. Alongside this, I’m also incredibly happy that we were crowned Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards! 

Outside of work, I play for Garstang Rugby Club which I’ve enjoyed since I was a young lad. If I’m not at the rugby club, I will most likely be out on a family day trip.
