Before joining Spencer Clarke Group I worked in sales and hospitality.
I have always loved connecting with the public and building strong working relationships which comes in very handy for my role as a Senior Compliance Officer.
At Spencer Clarke Group I’m responsible for ensuring that education professionals are compliant and ready to take on an exciting new role within a primary, secondary or SEND school. As a senior member of the team, I’m on hand to advise and share my knowledge if anyone has any compliance-related queries.
We’re very proud to be APSCo+ accredited which means schools can rest assured that safeguarding is something we take seriously. Alongside this achievement, we were awarded Highly Commended at the 2025 Recruiter Awards for Most Effective Compliance Operation!
I love growing alongside such a fantastic team and the office is so full of life which I absolutely love.
I think my friends would describe me as a confident and friendly person and in my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my loved ones.
