My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Application Support Officer - Arcus/Salesforce Implementation on a Contract basis.
As part of our ongoing digital transformation programme, we are implementing a new Arcus and Salesforce-based platform to support key regulatory and case management services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a major systems implementation that will improve service delivery and enhance the experience of both our residents and internal users.

- Salary: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Configure and implement the Arcus/Salesforce solution across development, test and production environments
- Design and maintain workflows, forms, permissions, user roles, queues, templates and automation
- Translate business requirements into technical configuration and supportable solutions
- Support technical design decisions and implementation activities alongside suppliers and internal teams
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience configuring and implementing enterprise applications, ideally Salesforce-based or CRM/case management solutions
- Experience of Salesforce administration, Arcus configuration or similar low-code/business application platforms
- Local Authority experience is essential
