EHCP Partners Needed - South West Local Authority

£300 per day - Assessments

£280 - Reviews

6 month contracts - View to be extended

Remote Working

We are seeking experienced EHCP Partners to join our Local Authority client in the South East on either the Assessments or the Reviews Team. You will work collaboratively with schools, settings and colleagues across SEND and Inclusion to support the development of effective, inclusive provision and help ensure EHC plans are finalised within statutory timescales.

Essential Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015 and relevant SEND legislation
• Significant experience of working within SEND within a Local Authority setting
• Demonstrable experience of coordinating and managing EHC needs assessments and EHCPs

Duties include:

• Coordinate and manage Education, Health and Care Needs through to the finalisation of EHCPs
• Work closely with children, young people and their families to ensure their views, wishes and aspirations are reflected throughout the assessment and review process
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with schools, settings, professionals and partner agencies
