EHC Coordinator
I'm looking for a Family Time worker to join a Local Authority in East of England on an interim basis.

This is a varied role requiring strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- This is a varied role requiring strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate advice and information from education, health and social care professionals.
- Draft, amend and maintain EHCPs in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant statutory requirements.
- Ensure statutory timescales are met and that all case records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings and other relevant meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate case records using the relevant case management systems.
