Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead on a Contract basis.

The Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead will provide dedicated leadership for a major organisational redesign and transformation programme across the Responsive Repairs Service. The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive restructure programme affecting more than 300 employees across all levels of the service.

• Salary: £500 Outside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Responsive Repairs restructuring programme
• Develop and maintain programme plans, governance arrangements, milestones and reporting
• Lead organisation design activity across all levels of the service
• Support managers undertaking individual consultation meetings

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes
• Extensive experience within social housing repairs and maintenance services
• Local Authority experience is essential
