Primary Teacher

Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting Teachers for a range of schools across Blackburn and the surrounding areas.
We have opportunities available for day-to-day supply, short-term and longer-term assignments, as well as temp-to-perm opportunities for teachers looking for a potential permanent position.

The Role

As a Teacher, you will:

  Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• 
  Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• 
  Support pupils across a range of abilities and learning needs
• 
  Assess and monitor pupil progress
• 
  Adapt lessons and teaching strategies where required
• 
  Maintain positive classroom behaviour and high expectations
• 
  Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• 
  Work collaboratively with colleagues and school teams
• 
  Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Requirements

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• 
  Previous teaching experience within a school setting
• 
  Strong classroom management skills
• 
  Good knowledge of the relevant curriculum
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• 
  A flexible and adaptable approach
• 
  Commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning
• 
  Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

£140 - £240 per day | Blackburn & surrounding areas | Supply & temp-to-perm opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
