· £15.31 per hour PAYE

· 3-6 month contract – Highly likely to be extended

Our Local Authority client in West Yorkshire is looking for a Residential Support Worker to support individuals living with severe and enduring mental health conditions, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to live fulfilling lives within the community.

Key responsibilities:

· Provide person-centred support: Assist service users with all aspects of daily living in line with their individual support plans and agreed outcomes

· Promote independence: Encourage individuals to develop daily living skills, build confidence, make choices, and participate in community activities

· Monitor mental health and wellbeing: Observe and assess changes in service users’ mental state and identify potential risks to themselves or others

· Manage risk and promote safety: Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate risk management plans in collaboration with service users and relevant professionals
