SEND Co Production Officer – London LA
£500 per day
3-6 month contract – view of extension
We are seeking an experienced, personable and passionate Parent Carer Forum / Co-Production Support Officer to support the delivery of a SEND programme.
Essential Requirements:
· Proven experience in co-production, participation and stakeholder engagement, ideally within SEND, children's services, health, social care or local government.
· Demonstrable experience of planning and facilitating workshops, meetings and engagement activities involving diverse groups of stakeholders
Duties include:
· Develop and support the delivery of a participation and engagement plan aligned with SEND reform priorities.
· Work closely with the Parent Carer Forum to strengthen participation, support members to engage confidently in co-production, and ensure their contributions inform programme decisions.
· Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with parents, carers, children, young people and other key stakeholders
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled participation and engagement professional to ensure that the voices, experiences and views of children, young people, parents and carers are meaningfully heard and embedded throughout the SEND reform programme.
