Senior Asset Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for a Senior Asset Manager to join a public sector commercial property team managing a diverse, non-residential investment and local property portfolio.
This is a true commercial asset management role. You will support and help lead asset management activity across landlord and tenant issues, disposals, tenant engagement, financial analysis and strategic portfolio delivery.
Responsibilities include
- Delivering high-quality commercial property asset management support across a varied non-residential portfolio
- Leading or supporting disposals, landlord and tenant matters, estate administration and problem solving across the caseload
- Building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships, including working with internal partners and external consultants
- Producing clear, accurate committee reports and maintaining robust records
- Undertaking DCF and other commercial analysis to support investment and asset management decisions
- Supporting delivery of commercial property investment and asset management strategies
About you
- MRICS (RICS qualified)
- Strong commercial (non-residential) property background with hands-on asset management experience
- Confident producing succinct reports and handling data-led commercial analysis
- Organised, personable, and able to balance strategic objectives with day-to-day caseload delivery
