My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Senior Strategy Lead on a Contract basis.
The postholder will lead the design and delivery of evidence-based strategies, provide policy advice to senior stakeholders, and work collaboratively with residents, Members, and services to shape future policy direction. The role requires strong political awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership.

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the development and delivery of major corporate and cross-cutting strategies
- Produce high-quality reports, briefings, presentations, and strategic documents for senior leaders and elected Members
- Use data, research, resident insight, and policy analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor national and regional policy developments and provide options appraisals and recommendations
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience leading strategy development within a complex public sector environment
- Proven ability to analyse complex information and present recommendations clearly and effectively
- Local Authority experience is essential
