Hi, I’m Emily! 

I’m an education recruitment specialist at Spencer Clarke Group, specialising in SEND. I work closely with primary and SEND schools across the North East, recruiting both teaching and support staff.

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I began my career at a different agency, where I quickly discovered my passion for education recruitment. 

The opportunity to speak to and learn from education professionals every day is something I really value. It’s a great way to develop my own knowledge and hone my practice. I’m proud to help mainstream and SEND schools provide their students with positive educational outcomes, no matter their academic ability. 

At Spencer Clarke Group, I'm excited to continue building relationships with schools alongside developing a team of specialist consultants to maintain our outstanding reputation. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a company that was named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit and take care of my wellbeing. I love to feel empowered and empower others!
