Upon agreeing terms, we will appoint a SEND Project Lead (typically a former Head of Service) and a delivery team usually consisting of EHCP Plan Writers, Quality Assurance Officers and SEND Business Support Officers. The SEND Project Lead will oversee the full project from drafting the EHCPs, quality assurance, co-production with families and finalisation within statutory timeframes.
