My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Employee Relations Manager (Schools) on a Contract basis.
This is a key role providing a customer-focused, professional Employee Relations service across the organisation. You will oversee and undertake complex employee relations casework, provide expert advice to managers and senior leaders, support policy development and implementation, and help drive improvements in HR practice and service delivery.

- Salary: £40 per hour inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Manage and provide expert advice on a broad range of employee relations casework
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues and senior stakeholders on employment policies, procedures, legislation and best practice
- Work and travel to schools to provide specialist ER advice
- Attend and support formal hearings, investigations and panels
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Significant experience providing employee relations advice to managers
- Must have experience working within Schools
- Local Authority experience is essential
