Project Manager - Customer Access and Service Transformation

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Project Manager - Customer Access and Service Transformation on a Contract basis.

The interim Project Manager will support the Programme Director with the day-to-day project management, coordination, control and reporting of the CAST programme. The role will help move the programme from strategy and action planning into controlled delivery by maintaining programme plans, governance, reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, budget monitoring, benefits monitoring and delivery evidence.

• Salary: £575 per day inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Maintain the integrated CAST programme plan and key milestones
• Coordinate programme governance, including Programme Board, workstreams, DLT engagement and senior reporting
• Prepare highlight reports, dashboards, decision logs and action tracker
• Maintain RAID, dependency, decision, action, budget and benefits trackers

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Project management and PMO experience
• Good documentation management, version control and project administration discipline
• Local Authority experience is essential
