We are currently recruiting for an Family Group Coordinator support our Local Authority client in the South East.
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Pay Rate: £17 per hour PAYE - Negotiable
Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite
We are looking for a committed and experienced Family Group Conference Coordinator to join our Local Authority client tin the South Easts team, and support children, young people and families to make positive decisions about their lives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support an effective and efficient Family Group Conference (FGC) service.
- Keep children and families at the centre of decision-making and planning.
- Coordinate FGC meetings and prepare children, families and professionals.
- Build strong working relationships with Children's Social Care and Early Support services.
Key requirements:
- Experienced in working with children, families or vulnerable adults.
- Confident in coordinating meetings and working with a range of professionals.
- Able to build positive and trusting relationships with families.
