Forest School & PPA Teacher

Forest School Teacher | Burnley | Full-Time | Maternity Cover

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Burnley looking for an enthusiastic and committed Forest School Teacher to join their team on a long-term maternity cover basis.

This role would be perfect for both ECTs and experienced Teachers looking for an opportunity to develop their skills across different year groups.

The successful teacher will lead Forest School sessions across the school, alongside providing PPA cover from EYFS through to Year 5. It's a great opportunity for a creative teacher who enjoys working across primary and bringing learning outdoors.

The school is looking for:

• QTS - VITAL
• Experience teaching the National Curriculum
• Experience working across primary year groups
• A passion for outdoor and Forest School learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
