Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Home Ownership Officer for a local authority in East London.
In this role, you will manage leasehold services, service charges and major works, ensuring Section 20 compliance.
Duties:
- Manage service charges, ground rent and shared ownership rent.
- Undertake Section 20 consultations and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle leaseholder queries, disputes and major works enquiries.
- Support income recovery of service charges and homeowner rents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Leasehold management experience within a housing environment.
- Hands-on Section 20 consultation experience.
- Experience managing service charges and major works.
- Knowledge of leases and relevant housing legislation.
What's on offer:
Salary: £26ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
