Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Independent Living Officer for a local authority in Hemel Hempstead.
In this role, you will deliver wellbeing and support visits, helping residents live safely and independently.
Duties:
- Deliver scheduled wellbeing and support visits across Independent Living schemes.
- Complete and maintain accurate support plans, risk assessments and visit records.
- Identify and appropriately escalate safeguarding, wellbeing and safety concerns.
- Support residents to maintain their independence, wellbeing and tenancy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience supporting vulnerable or older residents.
- Experience delivering wellbeing or support visits.
- Experience identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and support plans.
What's on offer:
Salary: £21ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
