Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Mash Information Officer for a local authority in Woolwich.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact into MASH and coordinate high-quality administrative and information support to ensure accurate safeguarding decision-making for children, young people and families.
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact, handling sensitive safeguarding enquiries and signposting appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring statutory/internal timescales and information-sharing requirements are met.
- Coordinate diaries and meetings, including agendas/papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions/deadlines to completion.
- Produce reports and KPI/performance data, identifying and resolving gaps/anomalies with the wider team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a busy safeguarding/children's services admin support role, handling sensitive enquiries from professionals and the public.
- Proven experience taking high-quality minutes for complex meetings/case discussions and tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Strong experience maintaining accurate case-related records/databases and working within confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Experience producing reports and performance information.
What's on offer:
Salary: £22ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
