Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Operations Manager, Housing Management & Income Recovery for a local authority in East London.
In this role, you will lead housing management and income recovery, oversee temporary accommodation and delivering excellent outcomes for residents.
Duties:
- Lead the Housing Management and Income Recovery Service.
- Oversee temporary accommodation and accommodation providers.
- Drive rent collection and reduce arrears.
- Manage performance, staff and service improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience managing housing or temporary accommodation services.
- Experience in rent collection, income recovery and arrears management.
- Experience leading teams and managing service performance.
- Experience handling complex cases, complaints and housing-related legal matters.
What's on offer:
Salary: £315 per day
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 12 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
