My Local Authority client in London is looking to appoint a talented Programme Manager for Supported Living / Care at Home Commissioning on a Contract basis.
The role will work as the Subject Matter Expert to procure and commission a complex home care / care at home service.
About the role:
Based in London (Hybrid):
- Lead on the programme of procurement and commissioning of the Council's home care / supported living services.
- Support, direct and lead the full commissioning / procurement cycle, from tender evaluation through to mobilisation and QA.
- Lead commissioning programmes of work that rely on a system-approach and joint commissioning to design and deliver shared pathways in response to local need.
- Work collaboratively with internal senior leaders, local providers and residents to commission an effective, efficient and best value service.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Significant experience in commissioning and procurement of Adult Social Care, particularly home care / supported living services.
- Strong, robust and resilient programme management fundamentals.
- Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.
- Demonstrable experience of meaningful partnership working, including Local Authorities, the Health Service and the VCS.

- Salary: £600+ per day, inside IR35
