School Administrator in Blackpool- Long-Term Cover

We are currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a busy school on a long-term temporary basis, starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and confident administrator who has previous experience working within a school environment.
The Role

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
- Pay: £17.50-£18.50 per hour
- Duration: Long-term cover
- Experience with Arbor: Essential
Key Responsibilities
- Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to the school
- Managing school records and updating pupil information
- Using Arbor to maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
- Responding to parent, pupil and staff enquiries professionally
- Supporting attendance and admissions administration
- Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with general school office duties
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
