We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our cleaning team at a school in Carnforth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school is clean, hygienic and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors each morning.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness
• Following health and safety and cleaning procedures
• Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues
• Working as part of a team while also being able to work independently

About You

• Previous cleaning experience is essential, ideally within a school, commercial or similar environment
• Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and professional attitude
• An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role

Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 8:30am
