Daily Rate: £105 to £110 per day
Do you want to work with children and young people but have no formal classroom qualifications yet? Are you patient, reliable, and ready to make a real difference?
We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Blackpool. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday during term time.

About the Role:

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher across the school day, working with individuals and small groups to keep pupils engaged and making progress. No teaching qualification is needed. What matters is your attitude, your reliability, and your willingness to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups during lessons
• Help prepare classroom resources and displays
• Encourage positive behaviour and good learning habits
• Support pupils at break, lunch and during activities
• Work alongside the class teacher to keep the classroom running smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

You do not need a Teaching Assistant qualification. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those with experience in:

• Childcare, sports coaching or youth work
• Care work or support work
• Retail, hospitality or any role built on people skills
• Graduates considering a career in teaching

You must be:

• Reliable, turning up on time and ready to go
• Patient, with a calm and encouraging manner
• Proactive, willing to take initiative and get stuck in
• Willing to learn, taking guidance from teaching staff
