Olivia Bullock

Hi I’m Olivia! 

I specialise in daily cover, temporary and permanent positions, helping nurseries, EYFS settings and SEND schools across South Manchester with their recruitment needs. I typically recruit for SEND Teachers, SEND Teaching Assistants and Nursery Practitioners. 

I began my career working in a nursery as a Practitioner for 8 months while undertaking my BA Hons in Early Years Childhood Studies. I then worked my way up to a Nursery Manager where I worked in this role for 18 months.

This was a role I found incredibly rewarding, however I wanted to spread my wings so decided to take the leap into recruitment. Prior to my role at Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as Recruitment Consultant in both primary and secondary education for just under 2 years, with a 6 month break in between to go travelling.

The opportunity then came to join Spencer Clarke Group and I knew I had to take it. I wanted to build on the skills I had developed before travelling and Spencer Clarke Group has proven to be the perfect place to do so. In 2025 we were named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards - a really proud moment for our team!

I have a passion for finding educators their perfect role and helping clients with their recruitment struggles, learning to understand the needs of their setting. My degree and experience as a Nursery Manager have been really beneficial and helped me build positive relationships with educators. 

In my spare time you’ll probably find me B&M or The Range searching for cute housey bits. I also love getting outdoors with my gorgeous husky.
