Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Family Support Worker for a local authority in North London.
In this role, you will provide targeted, whole-family support to children, young people and families, helping them overcome challenges, build resilience and achieve positive, lasting outcomes.
Duties:
- Undertake whole-family assessments and develop personalised support plans to meet families' needs.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and parenting support to improve family outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate support and safeguard children.
- Monitor progress, undertake regular reviews and maintain accurate, timely case records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working directly with children, young people and families.
- Experience completing Early Help Assessments and identifying family needs and risks.
- Experience working collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals.
- Experience supporting families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
What's on offer:
Salary: £149 per day
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
