Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Southwest England.
In this role, you will manage tenancies, support tenants, tackle tenancy issues and help create safe, well-managed communities.
Duties:
- Manage tenancies and housing across a designated patch.
- Support tenants to sustain their tenancies.
- Resolve tenancy issues, ASB and complaints.
- Work with residents and partners to improve communities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience managing housing tenancies and caseloads.
- Experience dealing with ASB, tenancy breaches and complaints.
- Experience supporting tenants with complex needs.
- Experience working with residents, partners and agencies.
What's on offer:
Salary: £18ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
