Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Stoke-on-Trent.
In this role, you will manage a varied housing caseload, supporting residents and communities with tenancy, ASB, rent arrears and estate management.
Duties:
- Manage tenancy, ASB and rent arrears cases.
- Carry out tenancy and estate visits.
- Provide advice, support and referrals to residents.
- Prepare enforcement action, reports and court documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in local authority or RSL housing.
- Experience managing tenancy and ASB cases.
- Experience with rent arrears and enforcement.
- Experience applying housing legislation and tenancy policies.
What's on offer:
Salary: £16ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
