Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Officer for a local authority in West London.
In this role, you will manage temporary accommodation, overseeing finances, repairs, voids, inspections, compliance and tenancy management.
Duties:
- Process invoices, recharges and Council Tax payments.
- Manage repairs, voids and property inspections.
- Monitor compliance and tenancy checks across the housing patch.
- Manage ASB issues and complete new TA sign-ups.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in housing or temporary accommodation services.
- Experience managing repairs, voids and property inspections.
- Experience processing invoices and financial administration.
- Experience dealing with tenants, ASB and tenancy matters.
What's on offer:
Salary: £23ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
