Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a TA Move-On Officer for a local authority in East London.
In this role, you will support households living in temporary accommodation to move into suitable, affordable and sustainable long-term housing.
Duties:
- Assess households' move-on needs and identify suitable accommodation options.
- Support residents with bidding, private rented sector and supported housing options.
- Liaise with landlords and partners to secure suitable and affordable accommodation.
- Manage cases efficiently, maintain accurate records and meet service targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in homelessness, housing options or temporary accommodation.
- Experience assessing housing needs, affordability and suitability.
- Experience working with landlords and private rented sector providers.
- Experience managing caseloads, maintaining records and meeting targets.
What's on offer:
Salary: £30ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
