Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority in Somerset.
In this role, you will manage tenancies, support customers, resolve complex neighbourhood issues and work with partners to create safe, thriving communities.
Duties:
- Manage tenancies, including breaches, enforcement and tenancy sustainment.
- Conduct neighbourhood inspections and identify and manage risks.
- Investigate tenancy fraud, safeguarding concerns and neighbourhood issues.
- Work with customers, colleagues and external agencies to resolve complex cases.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management.
- Experience handling tenancy breaches, disputes and challenging situations.
- Experience working with customers and multi-agency stakeholders.
- Experience using IT systems, maintaining records and managing workloads.
What's on offer:
Salary: £18ph+
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
