Personal Advisor - East of England LA

• £16.28 per hour PAYE
• East of England
• Hybrid
• 3-6 month contract - Highly likely to be extended

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Advisor to join our Local Authority clients Leaving Care Service in the East of England. You will support young people as they transition from care into adulthood, helping them develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of care leavers and provide effective, individualised support
• Complete assessments, reviews, visits and Pathway Plans
• Help young people with independent living, accommodation, education, employment and financial planning
• Assess financial needs and support young people to manage their budgets
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and encourage their independence
• Attend and contribute to reviews, meetings and planning sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records
