Our Local Authority client in Wales is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Respite Children's Home, ensuring children and young people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management and safe operation of the respite children's home.
- Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements and relevant legislation.
- Promote high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Develop and support staff through supervision, training and performance management.
- Maintain effective working relationships with families, social workers, health professionals and other partner agencies.
- Implement restorative approaches and promote a Signs of Safety culture.
- Monitor service quality, review outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
