Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Repairs Manager for a local authority in North London.
In this role, you will manage housing repairs, disrepair cases, HHSRS compliance, and damp and mould issues to ensure safe, compliant homes for residents.
Duties:
- Manage housing disrepair cases and legal claims.
- Oversee HHSRS inspections and compliance.
- Lead damp and mould investigations and remediation.
- Manage contractors, teams, KPIs and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience managing housing disrepair and legal cases.
- Strong knowledge of HHSRS and housing legislation.
- Experience managing damp, mould and building pathology issues.
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
What's on offer:
Salary: £31ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
