Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Resident Engagement Officer for a local authority in East London.
In this role, you will engage with residents, listen to their views and help shape and improve housing services through consultation, collaboration and community engagement.
Duties:
- Engage with residents and gather their views on housing services.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, consultations, surveys and community events.
- Support Tenants and Residents Associations and the Tenants' Scrutiny Panel.
- Develop creative ways to encourage more residents to get involved and have their say.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of engaging with residents, customers or communities.
- Experience of organising meetings, events, consultations or surveys.
- Experience of building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of using creative approaches to encourage participation and gather feedback.
What's on offer:
Salary: £20ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
