Senior Neighbourhood Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority in Berkshire.

In this role, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service, managing tenancies, supporting residents, improving neighbourhoods, and resolving housing-related issues to create safe communities.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of tenancies, including sign-ups, audits, visits, and tenancy enforcement.

• Conduct estate inspections and address housing, maintenance, and neighbourhood issues.

• Investigate and resolve ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and resident complaints.

• Work with residents and partners to improve services and support thriving communities.

Qualifications and experience:

• Significant experience in housing management, tenancy services, or estate management.

• Experience managing complex tenancy issues, ASB cases, and enforcement action.

• Experience working with residents, partners, and community organisations.

• Experience managing workloads, inspections, and delivering customer-focused services.

What's on offer:

Salary: £26ph+ may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
