Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Officer for a local authority in Berkshire.
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service, managing tenancies, supporting residents, improving neighbourhoods, and resolving housing-related issues to create safe communities.
Duties:
Manage a portfolio of tenancies, including sign-ups, audits, visits, and tenancy enforcement.
Conduct estate inspections and address housing, maintenance, and neighbourhood issues.
Investigate and resolve ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and resident complaints.
Work with residents and partners to improve services and support thriving communities.
Qualifications and experience:
Significant experience in housing management, tenancy services, or estate management.
Experience managing complex tenancy issues, ASB cases, and enforcement action.
Experience working with residents, partners, and community organisations.
Experience managing workloads, inspections, and delivering customer-focused services.
What's on offer:
Salary: £26ph+ may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
