Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Officer for a local authority in Southwest London.
In this role, you will manage temporary accommodation placements, records and payments while delivering an effective service to customers.
Duties:
Procure and manage suitable temporary accommodation placements.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and financial information.
Process orders, invoices, payments, refunds and accommodation-related claims.
Provide advice and respond to customers, accommodation providers and partner agencies.
Qualifications and experience:
Experience administering temporary accommodation or housing-related services.
Experience processing invoices, orders, payments and financial records.
Experience maintaining accurate placement data, spreadsheets and digital case records.
Experience dealing with customers, accommodation providers and external agencies in a challenging environment.
What's on offer:
Salary: £24ph+ may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience
Contract type: 6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
