Hi, I’m Shannon!

Before beginning my career at Spencer Clarke Group, I studied Level 2 European Computer Driving Licence at college, which was a fantastic way to develop my I.T skills.

After leaving college, I worked within a few different office environments which allowed me to gain the skills and experience required for a successful career within compliance.

When I saw the opportunity at Spencer Clarke Group, I knew I had to grab it with both hands as I could tell there was a fantastic opportunity for career development. I love working in a fast-paced environment, so the role suits me down to the ground.

My responsibilities include ensuring our candidates are fully compliant before starting their new role, in order to begin work as soon as possible. I specialise in healthcare compliance and I’m very proud to have worked on our CCS audits which we have passed with flying colours. 

In 2025 we were also awarded Highly Commended in the Most Effective Compliance Operation at the Recruiter Awards. 

In my spare time I love going to the theatre and attending music concerts. I must say however that I recently became a Mum so now my world revolves around my gorgeous daughter - less time for concerts but lots of time for cuddles!
